At Car Screen City, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new infotainment upgrade. If your device isn't the perfect fit for your vehicle, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and vehicle model to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Place the screen, wiring harnesses, and all accessories back in their original packaging to ensure the unit is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange unit within 3-5 business days.
